Municipal libraries enable you to read, wherever you are. To this end, they select appropriate works to take to places most frequented by people and attract new users.
The best-known examples are the biblioplatges (beach libraries) and bibliopiscines (swimming pool libraries) in summer, which offer users easy-reading materials such as comics, fairy tales, newspapers and magazines. Other services include biblioterrasses (libraries on terraces), biblioplaces (in squares), biblioparcs (in parks), bibliorambles (on rambles), bibliojardins (in gardens), bibliorius (near rivers), bibliomercats (in markets) throughout the year.
